In early March 2020, Carrie Underwood took on Jimmy Fallon in a three-part ‘Fittest of the Fit’ challenge on The Tonight Show, tackling events called Hang Ten, Bodzilla, and Huff & Puff Face Off. She cruised through coordination drills, bear crawls, and a blindfolded maze while Fallon struggled. The segment doubled as a promo for her fitness book Find Your Path and the Fit52 app—and she won.
